HELEN REA, dance and movement educator, has spent over thirty years exploring the relationship between movement, mind and body. She believes that chronic body issues such as stiffness, pain and reduced range of motion can be improved or even eliminated through a combination of mindful gentle movement exercise and hands-on individual sessions that combine principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Alexander Technique and movement fundamentals. Students often find improved body awareness and a meditative inner reflection that can result in improved energy, flexibility and freedom from pain.
