Helen Rea Teaches
Movement Improvement

As a dance and movement educator, I have spent over forty years exploring the relationship between
movement, mind and body.

Through my studies, I have come to realize that chronic body issues such as stiffness, pain and reduced range of motion are not inevitable results of accidents or aging.

Years of teaching have proved that these problems can be improved or even eliminated through a combination of mindful gentle movement exercise and hands-on individual sessions.

In sessions that combine principles of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Alexander Technique and movement fundamentals, students have found heightened body awareness and discovered a meditative inner strength that can result in higher energy, expanded flexibility and freedom from chronic pain.
