ON-GOING CLASSES

GYROKINESIS^® Method

Wednesdays and Fridays: 12:15 – 1:15 pm

This one-hour GYROKINESIS Method movement class with music will include movement seated on a stool or chair and exercises on the floor,.

A single class costs $25; 10 classes (1x/week): $200; 10 classes (2x/week): $150.  There’s no need to enroll in a specific class, but please let me know if you are coming to class. All classes are recorded. Students who cannot attend at the time the class is offered can take the class with the recording at a later time. Please contact me at helenrea@aol.com to sign up.

Mindful Moving

Tuesday Morning, 10:15 – 11:30 am

Students who cannot attend at the time the class is offered can receive a recording of the class for later viewing.

10-Class Session: February 24th through April 28th. $250 for the entire session, $30 single class.
Reservations required. Class size is limited.
