ON-GOING CLASSES

GYROKINESIS^® Method

Wednesdays and Fridays: 12:15 – 1:15 pm

This one-hour GYROKINESIS Method movement class with music will include some movement seated on a stool or chair, some exercises on the floor and some standing work. 

A single class costs $25; 5 classes (1x/week): $100; 10 classes (2x/week or more): $150. All class cards are valid for five weeks from the date of issue. There’s no need to enroll in a specific class, but please let me know if you are coming to class. All classes are recorded. Students who cannot attend at the time the class is offered can take the class with the recording at a later time. Please contact me at helenrea@aol.com to sign up.

Mindful Moving

Tuesday Morning, 10:15 – 11:30 am

Students who cannot attend at the time the class is offered can receive a recording of the class for later viewing.

9-Class Session: December 10, 2024 – February 4, 2025
$225 for the entire session, $30 single class.
